On behalf of those seeking our services, we will act as liaisons - providing education, resources, information and support.  We will collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies and other health-oriented agencies to ensure the quality of care each individual pays for and therefore is entitled to.

• To be active in assisting enrollees of healthcare programs in obtaining the benefits of their health care plan.
• To assist enrollees with the appeals process when necessary.
• To strive to make consumers aware of hidden incentives to withhold care, coverage, or reimbursement.
• To contact providers regarding incorrect billing and collection issues. 
• To ensure that enrollees know and understand thier medical benefits and assist interpreting them when necessary.
